This was the second TV John has mounted for us - the first was a 75 inch above an inside fireplace and the second was a 65 inch over hardie board siding outside. Both experienced were great. John ensures everything is perfect and that the customer is completely satisfied. I highly recommend John for any tv mounting needs.

I honestly thought for a moment that I was being scammed because the price seemed too low for the incredible workmanship and professionalism that was delivered. I am beyond pleased with the attic pulldown that was installed and now I can actually use my attic! I will be consulting these guys first for any project that comes up. Hell, even if I find someone a few dollars less, I'm still going with these guys because I KNOW for a fact that the work will be done right.

South Charlotte services did an amazing job getting all of our TVs mounted and arranged in our new house in the Weddington area! They were kind, personable, and so easy to work with. Their prices were more than reasonable and they treated the project as if they were doing it at their own house making sure every detail was just right! Next time we have a house project we won’t need to search on Google, we’ll just call South Charlotte Services!

I was looking for professional installation of a 65” Samsung Frame TV. I found South Charlotte Services by searching other favorable reviews and was not disappointed! The owner, John Clay, was responsive and quick to schedule. The work was outstanding, with John caring for every detail. And the area was perfectly clean when he left. I would use South Charlotte Services again.

Recently had installed in my primary bathroom a 32” Samsung and Sonos beam sound bar. John went above and beyond trying to use a couple of brackets that I had purchased on AMZN Neither worked so John ran out to buy another bracket. That turned out to be not quite the perfect fit so John made another trip out to buy yet another bracket which turned out to be the correct choice. John did a great job with this installation and I recommend you look no further for your tv install.

I could not be happier with my experience. From the first call with John to the walk through with Yuiry. I had a new attic access panel and ladder installed. We had to extend the attic platform, move an air vent, and change the light fixture. Communication was on point. Price was fair and aligned with the two outside quotes. The work is above expectation. The crew was courteous and clean. I would definitely recommend Yuiry and seek him out for any other projects he would agree to do for me.

Hands down the best and most knowledgeable TV mounting experience we have ever had. We moved into a house in Providence Downs that has 2 stone fireplaces that needed mounts! John, Yuriy and Matthew knew exactly which mounts would work best in the stone and they successfully mounted one of our mounts and one they brought with them. They were personable to have around and handled our stone and our TV's with care and professionalism even cleaning up all the stone dust after drilling! The price was EXTREMELY reasonable. This is a highly skilled team!

Y'all - John is such a pleasure to deal with and does such excellent work that this is actually the 2nd time I've used him and the 2nd review I've written. We used him a few years ago to install a TV over our stone fireplace. When our TV died and we accidentally ordered the wrong size that didn't work with the current mounting set-up, we just got John back here to adjust the mount and get us all set up. A no-brainer. Call him. Will be the best money you spend!

We needed our TV hung, and my husband contacted South Charlotte Services. We can’t speak to the quality of their work, but we can speak to the quality of their customer service. It’s dismal.My husband was communicating to them via text. In the first screenshot, you’ll see the first apology for not responding to my husband. The second screenshot says they would make our request a priority the next day. We never heard from them again. That was on Tuesday. I’m posting this on Saturday.If that’s making the customer a priority, I don’t want to know how they are if you’re not a priority.

John did a great job mounting three TVs (one 65” and two 75”). Fast, professional, and everything came out perfectly level and secure. Highly recommend his work!
